Terms of Use for the B2B Content REPPliKator
1. General Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your purchase and utilization of the B2B Content REPPliKator (the “Tool”), a proprietary Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) developed by The Repp Group.
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Tool.
This Tool is specifically designed for small to mid-size B2B industrial companies ($10 million to $1 billion in revenue).
2. Product Description and Functionality
The B2B Content REPPliKator is a custom AI-based content tool that repurposes a single source asset (e.g., blog post, video transcript, case study, or outline) into 10+ content formats. These formats may include:

Video scripts
-
Blog post drafts
-
SEO snippets
-
Thought leadership hooks
Note: The Tool is not a full-service content agency—it is a strategic content generator for internal use.
3. Product Tiers and Pricing

Ignition – $47 (One-time)
Access to base GPT, no customization. -
Throttle – $377 (One-time)
Includes brand voice, tone, and audience customization to better reflect your industrial niche. -
Pole Position – $1,499 (One-time)
Deep customization including industry-specific language, product positioning, and buyer persona refinement. May involve Repp Group-led interviews or additional research.
Each tier is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the version of the Tool delivered at the time of purchase.
4. User Requirements

You must have an active ChatGPT account (free or paid) to use this Tool.

The Repp Group does not provide, manage, or support ChatGPT accounts or OpenAI subscriptions.
5. Human Oversight & Responsibility

Human Review Required: All AI-generated content must be reviewed, edited, and approved by the user prior to publication.

Editorial Liability: You assume full responsibility for ensuring that all content generated meets your brand, legal, ethical, and compliance standards.

No Guarantees: AI may generate inaccurate, outdated, or off-brand information ("hallucinations"). The Tool is intended as a co-pilot, not a substitute for human judgment.
6. Graphics Limitation
The Tool does not include a graphic design engine or image generation features.

Any visual assets or design elements must be created using external tools or by your in-house/agency creative teams.
7. Limitation of Services (Throttle & Pole Position Tiers)
Customization may involve:

Buyer persona targeting
However, The Repp Group does not provide ongoing execution, publishing, or marketing services. The client is solely responsible for deployment and content management after delivery of the customized Tool.
8. Intellectual Property

All prompts, frameworks, and configurations used in the REPPliKator Tool remain the intellectual property of The Repp Group.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Tool for internal business use only.

You may not resell, sublicense, replicate, or distribute the Tool or any portion of its configuration or logic.
9. Platform Dependency & Updates

This Tool operates via OpenAI’s ChatGPT interface. The Repp Group cannot control outages, updates, or platform-level changes made by OpenAI.

While best efforts will be made to maintain compatibility, functionality may change without notice.

Customized versions of the Tool will not automatically update unless expressly stated.
10. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature and customization of the product, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued once access or development work has begun.
11. Termination of Access
The Repp Group reserves the right to revoke access without refund if the Tool is misused, copied, resold, or distributed in violation of these terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Repp Group:

Disclaims all warranties, express or implied

Is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Tool, including loss of data, business disruption, or reputational damage.

Makes no promises regarding performance, accuracy, or outcomes derived from Tool usage.
13. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified via email or posting on The Repp Group website. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
